WI this week - another 3lbs gone i'm so over the moon, this means that i now have under 100lbs to lose, yay!
I've also gone back to the gym and really enjoyed it. I stayed for 50 mins, only went on the bikes and walked uphill on the treadmills but according to the heart rate analysis thingy's my heart rate was in the fat burning zone - so i'm hoping that it'll do some good, i'm planning to go again tomorrow and again next week.
