another 7lbs gone for good

I've just realised, I haven't updated this week. I lost 2.5lbs this week giving me another 'virtual' silver 7. Thats 1.5st gone, 23lb in total. I'm now only 4lb away from my 10% and 5lbs away from a 2st overall loss. Its really starting to notice too, my measurements have gone down and so are some of my clothes. I put a pair of trousers on for work that just kept falling down, i'll not be wearing them again. Here's to next weeks WI and seeing another loss.
