Well i've bitten the bullet and bought the biggest loser dvd. I've done the first routine - a punching like routine. Really worked up a sweat and earnt loads of lovely bonus points, not that I intend to eat them. I'm planning to do the dvd, which has 5 different workouts on it, every other day and the wii fit inbetween. I've also got a different dvd, rebecca wheatley, who has also lost a lot weight. So hopefully the numbers should be getting bigger whilst i'm getting smaller. They are both dvd's I would recommend. So watch this space and we'll see how I get on.
