I've been feeling tired and stressed the last couple of months my blood pressure had gone up, especially when normally my blood pressure is quite low. So I had a whole host of blood tests done, they all came back normal which is fantastic, my fasting cholesterol was 4.6 and my fasting glucose was 5.1, i'm over the moon.
I'm trying to drink my 2ltrs of water a day although i am struggling and am getting just over 1ltr a day, a must try and drink a bit harder. My pedometer has arrived and i haven't yet reached the healthy range on it, but yet i'm still in pain with my toe so thats a bit difficult. I've tracked everything i've eaten this week and have rigidly stuck to my points, so fingers crossed for a loss on Wednesday.
