Better day

I've had a much better type of day, what with all the goings on earlier in the week I got a bit lax tracking everything. So today, i've been ruthless with everything, and have only half a point left for the day, which i've saved now as i'm going to bed soon. I just want to be back on my feet properly so I can start going to the gym, but i'm still in a bit of pain with it at the moment, even when just resting. I must (telling myself) continue tracking thoroughly over the weekend and not miss anything out or go over my points.
